- 2 large handful(s) Arugula
- 1/4 cup Walnut halves
- 60g Aged crumbly cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Pomegranate molasses
- to taste Salt
Method
- Spread arugula on a plate.
- Crush walnut halves and sprinkle on top.
- Crumble aged crumbly cheese and add.
- Drizzle with a mixture of olive oil and pomegranate molasses.
