Ingredients

  • 2 large handful(s) Arugula
  • 1/4 cup Walnut halves
  • 60g Aged crumbly cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Pomegranate molasses
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Spread arugula on a plate.
  2. Crush walnut halves and sprinkle on top.
  3. Crumble aged crumbly cheese and add.
  4. Drizzle with a mixture of olive oil and pomegranate molasses.
  5. Season with salt and serve.
