  • 1 piece(s) (~800 g) Beef tongue
  • 2 piece(s) Bay leaf/leaves
  • 1 tsp Whole peppercorns
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Boil beef tongue with bay leaves and whole peppercorns for 2 hours.
  2. When cooled, peel off the skin.
  3. Slice thinly.
  4. Top with thyme, red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil, then serve.
