Ingredients
- 1 piece(s) (~800 g) Beef tongue
- 2 piece(s) Bay leaf/leaves
- 1 tsp Whole peppercorns
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- to taste Salt
Method
- Boil beef tongue with bay leaves and whole peppercorns for 2 hours.
- When cooled, peel off the skin.
- Slice thinly.
- Top with thyme, red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil, then serve.
