Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 2.5 oz (70g) Halloumi, sliced
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 2 slices Tomato, sliced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- to taste Black pepper
Method
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Sear halloumi 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
- Warm the wrap. Layer halloumi, arugula, and tomato.
- Squeeze lemon juice over; season with black pepper.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
