  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 2.5 oz (70g) Halloumi, sliced
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • 2 slices Tomato, sliced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Sear halloumi 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
  2. Warm the wrap. Layer halloumi, arugula, and tomato.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over; season with black pepper.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
