  • 3 oz (85g) Halloumi cheese, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup English cucumber, sliced
  • 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Method

  1. Sear halloumi in a dry nonstick skillet 1-2 minutes per side until deeply golden.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice across the keto wrap.
  3. Layer halloumi, cucumber, tomato, and mint down the center. Roll up and halve.
