- 1 large (10-inch) Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 3 oz (85g) Halloumi cheese, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 1/4 cup English cucumber, sliced
- 2 slices Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Method
- Sear halloumi in a dry nonstick skillet 1-2 minutes per side until deeply golden.
