Ingredients
- 2 medium Zucchini
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F).
- Slice zucchini very thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, red pepper flakes and garlic powder.
- Arrange in a single layer on parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy. (They get crispier as they cool.)
