Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F).
  2. Slice zucchini very thinly using a mandoline or knife.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, red pepper flakes and garlic powder.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy. (They get crispier as they cool.)
