Ingredients
- 400 g White fish fillet (whiting/sea bass)
- 3 tbsp Almond flour
- 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
- a pinch Parsley
- a pinch Dill
- 1/2 small Onion
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Break up the fish and pulse in a food processor.
- Mix with almond flour, egg, herbs and onion.
- Form into patties.
- Fry in olive oil or bake for 10-12 min.
