Ingredients

  • 400 g White fish fillet (whiting/sea bass)
  • 3 tbsp Almond flour
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • a pinch Parsley
  • a pinch Dill
  • 1/2 small Onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Break up the fish and pulse in a food processor.
  2. Mix with almond flour, egg, herbs and onion.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Fry in olive oil or bake for 10-12 min.
