- 90g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Whip egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, coconut flour and baking powder.
- Gently fold the whipped whites into the cheese mixture.
- Spoon round shapes onto parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
