  • 3 piece(s) Egg white(s)
  • 90g Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. Whip egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, coconut flour and baking powder.
  4. Gently fold the whipped whites into the cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon round shapes onto parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
