Ingredients

  • 3 medium Zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 1 cup Kashkaval cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Arrange zucchini slices in a greased baking dish.
  3. Whisk cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt and pepper, pour over the top.
  4. Sprinkle with grated kashkaval cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
