Ingredients
- 3 medium Zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 2 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 1 cup Kashkaval cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Arrange zucchini slices in a greased baking dish.
- Whisk cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt and pepper, pour over the top.
- Sprinkle with grated kashkaval cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
