Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 3 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 g Dark chocolate (85%+)
  • 3 tbsp Erythritol

Method

  1. Bring butter and water to a boil, add almond flour and stir.
  2. Once cooled, add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
  3. Pipe small mounds and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 18-20 min.
  4. Whip cream with erythritol, fill the puffs.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
