Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 3 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 50 g Dark chocolate (85%+)
- 3 tbsp Erythritol
Method
- Bring butter and water to a boil, add almond flour and stir.
- Once cooled, add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
- Pipe small mounds and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 18-20 min.
- Whip cream with erythritol, fill the puffs.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
