  • 4 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 150g Ground meat (beef or lamb)
  • 1 cup Strained yogurt
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar (for poaching)
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Mix yogurt with garlic and salt, spread on a plate.
  2. Saute ground meat in butter until browned and liquid evaporates, season with salt.
  3. Poach eggs in boiling water with vinegar (3 minutes).
  4. Place poached eggs over the yogurt.
  5. Pour the sauteed ground meat on top, drizzle with red pepper flake butter.
