- 150g Ground meat (beef or lamb)
- 1 cup Strained yogurt
- 2 clove(s) Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp Vinegar (for poaching)
- to taste Salt
Method
- Mix yogurt with garlic and salt, spread on a plate.
- Saute ground meat in butter until browned and liquid evaporates, season with salt.
- Poach eggs in boiling water with vinegar (3 minutes).
- Place poached eggs over the yogurt.
- Pour the sauteed ground meat on top, drizzle with red pepper flake butter.
