  • 500 g Mussels
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 4 clove(s) Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • a pinch Parsley

Method

  1. Clean and rinse the mussels.
  2. Saute garlic in butter.
  3. Add vinegar, add mussels and cover.
  4. When mussels open, add cream and simmer for 2 min.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
