Ingredients
- 500 g Mussels
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 4 clove(s) Garlic
- 1 tbsp Butter
- a pinch Parsley
Method
- Clean and rinse the mussels.
- Saute garlic in butter.
- Add vinegar, add mussels and cover.
- When mussels open, add cream and simmer for 2 min.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
