  • 2 bulbs Fennel
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Thinly slice the fennel.
  2. Saute with garlic in butter for 5 min.
  3. Add fennel and saute for 10 min.
  4. Add cream and cook for 5 more min.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
