- 2 bulbs Fennel
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Thinly slice the fennel.
- Saute with garlic in butter for 5 min.
- Add fennel and saute for 10 min.
- Add cream and cook for 5 more min.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
