  • 1.5 lbs (680g) Ground lamb
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Mix lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape around skewers into oval kebabs.
  3. Grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side.
  4. Mix yogurt, mint, and lemon juice for the dip.
  5. Serve kebabs with mint yogurt.
