Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Ground lamb
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh mint
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Mix lamb, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Shape around skewers into oval kebabs.
- Grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side.
- Mix yogurt, mint, and lemon juice for the dip.
- Serve kebabs with mint yogurt.
