Ingredients
- 2 pieces (300g) Salmon fillet
- 1 bunch (200g) Asparagus
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt, pepper and red pepper flakes
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet, place salmon on top.
- Mix melted butter, lemon juice and garlic, drizzle over the top.
- Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
