Ingredients

  • 2 pieces (300g) Salmon fillet
  • 1 bunch (200g) Asparagus
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt, pepper and red pepper flakes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet, place salmon on top.
  3. Mix melted butter, lemon juice and garlic, drizzle over the top.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
