Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 1 cup (90g) Cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh thyme
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Melt butter over medium-high. Sauté mushrooms 5-6 minutes until deeply browned.
  2. Add garlic and thyme; cook 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread cream cheese on the wrap. Layer mushrooms and spinach.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
