Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 1 cup (90g) Cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp (30g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Baby spinach
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Fresh thyme
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Melt butter over medium-high. Sauté mushrooms 5-6 minutes until deeply browned.
- Add garlic and thyme; cook 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread cream cheese on the wrap. Layer mushrooms and spinach.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
