Ingredients

  • 500g Broccoli florets
  • 1.5 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes and drain.
  3. Arrange broccoli in a buttered baking dish.
  4. Mix cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper, pour over the broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
