Ingredients
- 500g Broccoli florets
- 1.5 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes and drain.
- Arrange broccoli in a buttered baking dish.
- Mix cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper, pour over the broccoli.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
