Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 1 large (100g) Portobello mushroom, sliced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 oz (28g) Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 1 tsp Balsamic glaze (sugar-free)
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sauté garlic 30 seconds.
- Add portobello slices; sear 4-5 minutes until deeply golden. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle gruyère; cover briefly until melted.
- Warm the wrap. Layer mushrooms, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
