Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 1 large (100g) Portobello mushroom, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 oz (28g) Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • 1 tsp Balsamic glaze (sugar-free)
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sauté garlic 30 seconds.
  2. Add portobello slices; sear 4-5 minutes until deeply golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle gruyère; cover briefly until melted.
  4. Warm the wrap. Layer mushrooms, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  5. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
