Ingredients
- 400g Mushrooms (button or oyster)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 4 clove(s) Garlic, thinly sliced
- a few stalks Fresh thyme
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Slice mushrooms. Melt butter in a large pan.
- Arrange mushrooms in a single layer, sear without stirring for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Add garlic and fresh thyme, cook for 1-2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
