Ingredients

  • 400g Mushrooms (button or oyster)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4 clove(s) Garlic, thinly sliced
  • a few stalks Fresh thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Slice mushrooms. Melt butter in a large pan.
  2. Arrange mushrooms in a single layer, sear without stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Flip and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  4. Add garlic and fresh thyme, cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
