- 200 g Halloumi cheese
- 2 piece(s) Mixed bell peppers
- 3 stalk(s) Thyme
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 piece Lemon
Method
- Slice the peppers, arrange in a baking dish.
- Slice halloumi thickly, place on top of the peppers.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 min.
- Squeeze lemon and serve.
