  • 200 g Halloumi cheese
  • 2 piece(s) Mixed bell peppers
  • 3 stalk(s) Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 piece Lemon

Method

  1. Slice the peppers, arrange in a baking dish.
  2. Slice halloumi thickly, place on top of the peppers.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme.
  4. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 min.
  5. Squeeze lemon and serve.
