- 1 roll Almond flour sub roll
- 2 slices (56g) Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup Baby spinach
- 3 slices Tomato, sliced
- 5 slices Cucumber, sliced
- 2 tbsp Green bell pepper, sliced
- 5 Black olives, sliced
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- to taste Italian herbs, salt, pepper
Method
- Slice the sub roll.
- Layer provolone on the bottom; top with spinach, tomato, cucumber, peppers, and olives.
- Drizzle olive oil and vinegar; season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
