- 350g Steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 stalks Green onion
Method
- Heat a wok or large pan over high heat.
- Stir-fry steak slices in sesame oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and toss.
