  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onion

Method

  1. Heat a wok or large pan over high heat.
  2. Stir-fry steak slices in sesame oil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add ginger and garlic, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss.
  5. Serve with sesame seeds and green onion.
