Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black olives (pitted)
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme (optional)

Method

  1. Add olives, capers and garlic to a food processor.
  2. Pulse a few times until coarsely chopped.
  3. Add olive oil and lemon juice, pulse again.
  4. Add optional thyme.
  5. Serve with cheese crisps, veggie sticks or keto bread.
