Ingredients
- 1 cup Black olives (pitted)
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove(s) Garlic
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme (optional)
Method
- Add olives, capers and garlic to a food processor.
- Pulse a few times until coarsely chopped.
- Add olive oil and lemon juice, pulse again.
- Add optional thyme.
- Serve with cheese crisps, veggie sticks or keto bread.
