- 4 piece(s) Artichoke
- 100 g Broad beans (fresh)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 piece(s) Lemon
- 1 bunch Dill

Method
- Trim artichokes and keep in lemon water.
- Add artichokes, broad beans, olive oil and water to a pot.
- Simmer on low heat for 30 min.
- Sprinkle with dill and serve cold.
