  • 4 medium Zucchini
  • 2 piece(s) Shallot
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic

Method

  1. Grate the zucchini.
  2. Saute shallots and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add zucchini and cook on low heat for 25-30 min until caramelized.
