- 4 medium Zucchini
- 2 piece(s) Shallot
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Method
- Grate the zucchini.
- Saute shallots and garlic in olive oil.
- Add zucchini and cook on low heat for 25-30 min until caramelized.
- Squeeze lemon and serve.
